The Pumpkin Cheesecake

Making just a plain ole' pumpkin spice shake would have been too easy... we went all out on this one.

We start the milkshake with fresh Sugar Pumpkins from the Nashville Farmers Market. We roast the pumpkins with all of those autumnal spices before blending with rich cream cheese. For the ice cream, we keep it simple with a sweet cream base - nothing wrong with keeping it simple when there's so much else going on! Before serving, we smear the inside of the cup with sweetened whipped cream cheese...adding even more richness to this shake. But of course we don't stop there... each shake is topped with house-made salted honey graham crumble, scratch vanilla whipped cream, and finally a cranberry “cherry” on top that we prepare by poaching fresh cranberries in a demerara simple syrup. 

Yes, it's a lot of work for one little milkshake, but we have a feeling you'll agree it's worth the effort!
