In honor of April being dubbed National Grilled Cheese Month, The Grilled Cheeserie had the distinct pleasure of participating in WKRN Channel 4's popular More at Midday segment last week.
Not only did our own Crystal De Luna-Bogan expertly demonstrate how to make perfectly crisp (and surprisingly easy!) pickles, but she also exhibited the proper technique for making a supremely crispy, ooey gooey grilled cheese sandwich every. single. time. The secret? Great, locally made "American cheese," of course! And a hot skillet.
